ALTARS IN BATTLE

The word of God establishes the life of a believer; it is able to sustain any prophecy God has given you. Without a deeper understanding of the word, there is no way one can even understand a prophecy. Prophecy is good, but an understanding of the word is important. It is the intention of God that humans live a life full of goodness. When God created man, He intended for him to have dominion over all other creations. However, the devil, in the form of serpent, came to deceive man, thereby making him to lose that position he had in God.

Now the serpent was more subtle than any beast of the field which the Lord God had made. And he said unto the woman, Yea, hath God said, Ye shall not eat of every tree of the garden? And the woman said unto the serpent, We may eat of the fruit of the trees of the garden: But of the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of the garden, God hath said, Ye shall not eat of it, neither shall ye touch it, lest ye die. And the serpent said unto the woman, Ye shall not surely die: For God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil. And when the woman saw that the tree was good for food, and that it was pleasant to the eyes, and a tree to be desired to make one wise, she took of the fruit thereof, and did eat, and gave also unto her husband with her; and he did eat. And the eyes of them both were opened, and they knew that they were naked; and they sewed fig leaves together, and made themselves aprons. Genesis 3:1-7

By this single act of disobedience on the part of man, sin came to the world, resulting in him suffering all kinds of evils. As a result, man has resorted to all means to make it in life; he consults the very creations; sea, stones, trees and others that
he was supposed to have had dominion or ruled over.
For as by one man’s disobedience many were made sinners, so by the obedience of one shall many be made righteous.
Roman 5:19

As man consults these mediums, a covenant is built between the two entities. This connection also results in altars being built for man. These altars go a long way to haunt man and even generations after him. Many families are suffering because of the consultations their forebears had in the past.
